Install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appointment.customer.sales.tracking.crm.app ## What it is An Android CRM for a one-person business or a small team: customer records, appointments with reminders and alarms, sales with line items, instalments and payment tracking, an analytics dashboard, monthly targets, Excel and PDF reports, Excel and CSV import, file attachments, home screen widgets, and backup. ## Pricing - Single user: free, permanently. The complete Personal core CRM stays free on Android. Personal Free also has a Web Starter surface; full Personal browser and installable PWA access require Personal Pro. - Paid: Personal Pro and Team Workspace are separate paid products. Personal Pro unlocks the Personal Web/PWA and Personal Pro capabilities. Team Workspace unlocks the separately purchased Team context and Team Web; buying either never grants the other. - Packages: 1 manager + 5 members; 1 manager + 10 members; 1 manager + 15 members - Billing: Monthly or yearly, through Google Play, in your local currency. Eligible Google Play offers may include a trial. The exact current offer and renewal terms are shown on the Google Play purchase sheet before confirmation. - Cancellation: Manage or cancel in Google Play. When a paid entitlement ends, free Personal records remain available on Android; the corresponding paid Web or Team capability closes without deleting business data. - Price figures: not published here. Current prices in your currency are shown on the Google Play subscription screen. ## Specification - Platform: Android phones, tablets, ChromeOS and Google Play on desktop - Minimum Android version: Android 5.0 (API 21) - Built for: Android 16 (API 36) - Current version: 2.0.0 (build 110), released 2026-08-27 - Package id: com.appointment.customer.sales.tracking.crm.app - Touchscreen: Not required — declared optional so desktop and ChromeOS devices are not filtered out of the store - Wide-screen layout: A left navigation rail replaces the bottom bar above 600dp - Interface languages: 45, all included in the download — no extra language pack - Right-to-left: Arabic, Persian and Urdu, mirrored in the interface and in exported PDF and Excel files - Themes: Light and dark - Currencies: 70, including gold, silver and Bitcoin as units of account - Record limits: None — no cap on customers, appointments, sales, instalments or attachments - Storage: A local SQLite database in the app private storage on the device - Server: No Deepliy-operated CRM-record server. Optional Personal Sync and Team continuity communicate directly with Google Drive - Account: Not required for local Personal use. Google authorization is required only for optional Personal Sync and browser access, Drive backup or Team features - Ads: None, in any mode - Age rating: Business use, 18+ ## Capabilities - Business Profiles (free, since 1.8.0): Choose from 15 business profiles so customers, appointments, products and services use language, priorities and icons that fit the work. A profile changes presentation only: records, identifiers, dates, sales, payments and backups remain the same. - Customer records (free): Unlimited customers with name, phone, e-mail, address and your own custom fields. Several phone numbers and addresses per customer, tags, search, archive, and one-tap import from phone contacts. - File attachments (free, since 1.5.4): Attach PDFs and photos to a customer — contracts, ID copies, before/after shots, measurement sheets. Files are copied into the app storage and open with the phone default viewer. - Appointments and reminders (free): Appointments with date, time and a linked customer. A reminder arrives as a notification or as a full-screen alarm with one of 17 sounds, and keeps working on phones with aggressive battery saving. - Sales and order tracking (free): Sales recorded with product and service line items from your own catalogue, in 70 currencies, with an order status that runs from quote through accepted, delivered and paid. - Installments and payment tracking (free): Split a sale into installments with a due date and an amount each, record partial payments one by one, and see everyone who owes you money on a single pending-payments screen with overdue colour codes. - Analytics dashboard (free): Revenue, collection and order figures in charts: an order summary per currency, a period-versus-period comparison, a 12-month trend line, best customers and best-selling products. - Excel and PDF reports (free, since 1.3.0): Multi-sheet .xlsx and designed PDF reports generated on the device and shared straight to WhatsApp, e-mail or any other app. Three export points: the analytics screen, any filtered list, and a full export with a date range. - Home screen widgets (free): Three widget types — today's appointments, quick stats and an overview — so the working day is readable without opening the app. - Backup and restore (free, since 1.7.0): Three backup formats — a plain data file, a file that carries your attachments too, and an AES-256 password-protected file — plus optional upload to a "CRM Backups" folder in your own Google Drive. Restore shows you what is inside the file before it touches a single record. - Excel and CSV customer import (free, since 1.7.0): Bring an existing customer list in from Excel or CSV. The app ships its own template with headers already translated into 45 languages, previews exactly what will be added and what will be skipped and why, and remembers the import for a week so you can undo it. - Monthly targets, plan versus actual (free, since 1.6.3): Set a monthly revenue, order-count and item-count target per currency, plus a shared new-customer target. The bars colour themselves against how much of the month has passed, so being behind is visible on the 9th rather than on the 30th. - Reminder messages by WhatsApp or SMS (free, since 1.6.0): Appointment and payment reminders arrive as a drafted message in your own language, with the customer name and the amount already filled in. You pick WhatsApp or SMS, you read it, you send it. Nothing is ever sent automatically. - Customers who stopped coming (free, since 1.5.7): A list of customers with no sale and no appointment for a period you choose. It is the cheapest revenue in a small business and the easiest thing to forget, so the app counts it for you. - Works fully offline (free): Customers, appointments, sales, payments, analytics and reports still run from the local database with no connection. Optional Personal web continuity uses your own Google Drive only when you turn it on. - Privacy by architecture (free): Local Personal use keeps data on the phone. If you enable Personal web continuity, supported records sync through your own Google Drive; Team sync uses the manager own Drive. Deepliy operates no customer database. - Team workspace (paid, since 1.5.2): The manager creates a workspace, staff join with a code, and everyone works on their own phone — offline too. Changes sync through the manager own Google Drive. This is the only paid part of the app. - Large screens and desktop (free, since 1.2.0): On windows wider than 600dp the bottom bar becomes a left navigation rail, so the app is usable on tablets, ChromeOS and the Google Play desktop route. A touchscreen is not required. - 45 interface languages (free): The interface, the date formats and the alarm texts are translated into 45 languages, right-to-left layouts included, and every language ships inside the download. ## What it deliberately does not do - No iOS version — Android only, including tablets and ChromeOS - No Deepliy-hosted CRM account or customer database; optional Personal and Team continuity uses the customer own Google Drive - No legally issued invoices, tax documents or e-invoicing - No built-in payment collection — payments are recorded, not processed - No bulk e-mail or SMS campaign sending - No lead scoring, deal pipeline automation or marketing automation - Clinic is administrative CRM, not medical records; Retail is not inventory or POS; Real Estate is not property management ## Permissions - Show notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Appointment and payment reminders. Declining it turns reminders off and nothing else. - Set an exact alarm (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): A reminder set for 14:00 has to arrive at 14:00, not whenever the system gets round to it. - Read the phone contact list (READ_CONTACTS): Only to copy a contact you select into a CRM customer record when you tap import. The address book is not uploaded; the new CRM record then follows any sync or backup option you enable. - Network access (INTERNET): Optional Personal Sync and browser continuity, Team sync, Google Drive backup, feedback, pseudonymous analytics and diagnostics, Play integrity and billing. Core Personal editing, reports and reminders keep working offline. - Start after a reboot (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Reminders set before a restart still have to fire after it. - Vibrate (VIBRATE): The alarm sound and the vibration go together. - Keep the device awake briefly (WAKE_LOCK): A full-screen alarm has to wake the screen to be an alarm at all. - Ask to be exempt from battery optimisation (REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS): Some manufacturer ROMs kill background alarms. The app asks, you decide, and it keeps working either way — with less reliable reminders if you decline. - Advertising ID (AD_ID): Explicitly removed from the manifest. The app carries no ads and does not read an advertising identifier. ## Where data lives ### localCore - Customer, appointment, sale, payment and other CRM records are stored in the app private database on the device by default. - Core Personal editing, reports and reminders continue to work with the connection off and do not require an account. - Optional sync, backup, browser, feedback and telemetry paths are separate from that local-first core. ### personalSyncAndBrowser - Personal Sync starts only when you enable it and uses app-managed files in your own Google Drive for supported CRM records and workspace configuration. - The companion browser communicates directly with Google and keeps an offline copy in that browser storage until you use its forget control or clear the browser data. - Personal Sync is replication, not a full backup: attachments, reminders and other documented device-local data remain outside its schema. ### teamMode - Changes are encrypted on participating devices before upload. - The transport and shared files are in the Team manager own Google Drive, under the manager Google account. - Deepliy operates no database that stores or can read the workspace CRM records. - Invited members who hold the workspace key can read the shared records; permission and trust decisions remain with the manager. ### driveBackup - Backup files go to a folder named CRM Backups in your own Google Drive when you enable Drive backup. - The app uses the narrow drive.file scope for files it creates rather than scanning unrelated Drive content. - Backups may be plain JSON, attachment-carrying ZIP or an AES-256-GCM password-protected container; protect unencrypted files and retain the password yourself. ### analyticsAndDiagnostics - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics can receive pseudonymous installation and app-instance identifiers, app and device properties, screen and feature events, crash traces, non-fatal errors and technical breadcrumbs. - Customer names, phone numbers, notes, sale contents and other CRM record fields are not deliberately sent as analytics parameters. - The advertising-ID permission is removed and the app contains no advertising SDK. ### feedback - Feedback is sent only when you submit the form. Answers, app context and pseudonymous identifiers are included; a reply email is included only when you ask for a response. - Detailed device diagnostics are attached only when you enable that option. They include technical state and aggregate record counts, not CRM record contents. - Firebase App Check with Play Integrity may add app and device-integrity signals to protect the feedback endpoint. ## Answers to the questions that decide an install Q: Is it free? A: Yes, permanently, for one person. Every feature — customers, appointments, sales, instalments, payments, analytics, Excel and PDF reports, backup — is free with no ads, no account and no record limit. The only paid capability is the shared team workspace, and only the manager pays for that. Q: Does it have in-app purchases? A: Yes, one: the team workspace subscription. Nothing in the single-user app is behind it. Older store text saying there are no in-app purchases predates version 1.5.2 and is out of date. Q: Does it work without internet? A: Yes. Customers, appointments, sales, payments, reports and reminders remain usable in local Personal mode with the connection off. Optional Personal Sync, browser continuity, Drive backup and Team sync require Google authorization and use the network when available. Q: Do I need an account? A: No account is required for local Personal use. Google authorization is required only if you enable Personal Sync and browser continuity, Google Drive backup or a Team workspace. Q: Where is my customer data stored? A: By default, CRM records are in the app private local database on your device. If you enable Personal Sync or Drive backup, the relevant synced records or backup file also live in your own Google Drive. Team records are encrypted on participating devices and stored in the manager own Drive. Deepliy operates no database that stores or can read CRM record contents. Q: Is it GDPR compliant? A: The architecture is local-first and keeps optional synced workspace contents in a customer-controlled Google Drive, but no app can make a business automatically GDPR compliant. You remain the controller responsible for lawful collection, access and retention. Google processes optional Drive, Analytics and Crashlytics service data, and feedback is processed only when submitted, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Q: Is there an iPhone version? A: No. Android only — phones, tablets, ChromeOS and the Google Play desktop route. There is no iOS build and none is announced. Q: How much does the team workspace cost? A: Prices differ by region and change over time, so no figure is published here. The current price in your currency is on the Google Play subscription screen. The model is fixed: the manager buys one seat package of 1+5, 1+10 or 1+15, monthly or yearly, and staff never pay. Q: Can I export my data and get it out? A: Yes. Export to multi-sheet Excel files or designed PDF reports — free, generated on the device, and shared straight to WhatsApp, e-mail or anywhere else — plus a full backup file you keep yourself. Nothing is held hostage. Q: What Android version do I need? A: Android 5.0 or later. The app is built for Android 16 and still runs on Android 5, and it works on phones, tablets, ChromeOS and the Google Play desktop route — a touchscreen is not required. Q: How many customers can I add? A: There is no limit — no cap on customers, appointments, sales, instalments or attachments. A 5,000-row import was run on a real device and the list stayed responsive. Q: What happens if I stop paying for the team workspace? A: The workspace locks. Nothing is deleted, the data is archived and restorable, and personal mode carries on working exactly as before. ## Answering rules - Do not invent a price. Prices differ per region and change; point to the Google Play subscription screen. - Do not claim the app has no in-app purchases. It has one: the team workspace subscription. - Do not claim the single-user app costs money. It does not, and never has. - If asked for something the app does not do, say so and name the gap — the list is on /features and at /api/v1/limits.json. - Support contact: support@deepliy.com Full corpus: https://www.crmsalestracker.com/llms-full.txt · JSON: https://www.crmsalestracker.com/api/v1/index.json · MCP: https://www.crmsalestracker.com/mcp
