Is the app really free?

Do I need an account?
No. There is no registration screen, no e-mail address and no password. You install the app and start adding customers.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Every single-user feature runs offline, including alarms, analytics and Excel or PDF export.
Where is my customer data stored?
Personal sync and recovery on Android are free. Full Web access requires Personal Pro. This switch does not activate a paid plan.
How many customers can I add?
There is no limit on customers, appointments, sales or payments.
Can several people share one customer list?
Yes, through the paid team workspace. The manager creates it, staff join with a code, and each person works from their own phone.
Do employees pay?
No. The manager buys one seat package for the whole team and members never see a payment screen.
Can I export my data?
Yes, free: multi-sheet Excel files, designed PDF reports and a full backup file you keep yourself.
Is there an iPhone version?
No. The app is Android only. It does run on tablets, ChromeOS and the Google Play desktop route.
Is there a web version?
Personal sync and recovery on Android are free. Full Web access requires Personal Pro. This switch does not activate a paid plan.
Does it issue invoices?
No. It records sales and payments and exports them, but it does not produce legally valid invoices or e-invoices.
Does it take card payments?
No. Payments are recorded, not processed. There is no card terminal or payment gateway inside the app.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
No. Appointments live with the customer record, which is what keeps the app fully offline.
What happens if I stop paying for the team workspace?
The workspace locks and syncing stops, but nothing is deleted. Personal mode keeps working, and resubscribing brings everything back.
Which Android versions are supported?
Android 7.0 through Android 16.
