Free CRM app: what is actually free, and what is not
CRM: Customer & Sales Tracker is free for one person, permanently. Customers, appointments, sales, installments, payments, the analytics dashboard, Excel and PDF export and backup all cost nothing, show no ads and need no account. Only the multi-user team workspace is a paid subscription, bought once by the manager.

What "free" means here
Most apps that call themselves free CRMs mean one of three things: a trial with a countdown, a plan capped at 100 or 250 contacts, or a free tier that hides the useful screens behind an upgrade banner. This one means none of those. Install it, add customers, record sales, take payments, export a report — no counter runs down, no screen is locked, no watermark appears on the PDF.
There is no advertising either. That is a deliberate design decision, not a promise waiting to expire: an ad SDK would need a network call and a device identifier, and the single-user app makes no network calls at all.
- No contact cap, no sale cap, no appointment cap
- No trial clock on any single-user feature
- No ads and no ad SDK in the build
- No e-mail address collected — there is nothing to unsubscribe from
- No feature that shows a padlock in personal mode
So how is it paid for?
One capability is sold: the team workspace, where several people share one customer list from their own phones. A business that reaches the point of hiring staff is a business that can pay a small subscription; a person working alone is not asked to.
That split is what keeps the single-user app honest. It does not need to be crippled to sell an upgrade, because the upgrade is a different thing entirely — more people, not more features.

What you should know before installing
The honest limits matter as much as the features. This is an Android app — there is no iOS build and no browser version. It records payments, it does not collect them, and it does not issue legally valid invoices. If you need e-invoicing or a card terminal, this is the wrong tool.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free version limited in the number of customers?
No. Customers, appointments, sales, installments and payments are all unlimited on the free single-user app. There is no counter and no upgrade prompt tied to record counts.
Will it stay free, or is this an introductory offer?
The single-user app is free permanently. The paid tier is the team workspace, which is a separate capability rather than a paywall placed on existing features.
Are there ads?
No. The app contains no advertising SDK. In personal mode it makes no network calls at all, which is also why it works with the phone in flight mode.
Do I have to create an account or give an e-mail address?
No. There is no registration screen. You install the app and start adding customers; nothing is asked of you and nothing is sent anywhere.
Can I export my data out of the free version?
Yes. Multi-sheet Excel files and designed PDF reports are part of the free app, along with a local backup file you can move to another phone.
