Use Persian or Hijri dates in your CRM
CRM: Customer & Sales Tracker supports Gregorian, Persian/Jalali and selected Hijri calendars. You can choose how dates appear, which calendar you use to enter dates and how Personal reporting periods are grouped. These choices help you work in familiar dates without converting or replacing your customer, appointment or sales records.

Choosing a calendar for appointments
Open Settings → Calendar. Set the display calendar for the dates you read, and the date-entry calendar for the date picker you use. These can be different: for example, you may read appointments in Persian dates while entering a date supplied by a customer in Gregorian form.
After changing the preference, check an existing appointment and its time. A different calendar changes the way you read the date; it does not move the appointment to a different day.
Reporting months are a separate choice
Personal reporting has its own calendar setting. Choose the month boundaries that match how you review your business, then use the same date range when comparing sales, payments and refunds.
In a Team workspace, shared reporting follows the manager’s reporting calendar and business time zone. Changing your device’s display preference does not change that shared reporting policy.
Which Hijri calendar should I choose?
Civil, Umm al-Qura and TBLA use different calendar rules and can show different dates. Choose the named option used by your business and customers. Do not assume that every Hijri calendar agrees on every day.
The CRM is a business scheduling tool. Its calendar options do not determine local religious observances or replace an announcement from a relevant local authority.
Using another phone or browser
Display, date-entry, number and week-start preferences belong to the device or browser where you set them. Check those preferences when you start working on a different device. A backup or a Team colleague’s settings should not be treated as your own display preferences.
Frequently asked questions
Does choosing Persian dates rewrite my records?
No. The calendar controls date presentation and date entry. Your existing records and the day of an appointment are preserved.
Is changing the interface language enough to change the calendar?
No. Language and calendar are separate preferences. Choose the calendar explicitly in Settings → Calendar.
Can every Team member choose the reporting calendar?
Members can choose their own device display preferences. The shared Team reporting calendar and business time zone are managed by the workspace manager.
