About this app and the people who build it

What it is for

Small businesses lose money in the gaps: the appointment nobody wrote down, the deposit nobody recorded, the customer who has been meaning to pay since March. This app exists to close those gaps on the device the owner already has in their hand, without a subscription, a login or a connection.

The principles it is built on

• The single-user app is free and stays free, with no feature held hostage
• Export is never a paid feature — leaving must always be cheap
• Nothing is uploaded that does not have to be
• Nothing claimed on this site is missing from the app
• Limits are published as clearly as features

How the product actually changes

Most releases come from something a user said. PDF and photo attachments exist because a five-star review asked for them. The whole export system exists because someone wrote in that they could not send a report over WhatsApp. Delivery dates exist because a review in Russian described tracking shipped goods.

That is a slower way to build than a roadmap, and it produces a smaller feature list. It also means almost every screen in the app is there because somebody needed it.
