Why this page exists

Most of what the app can do today is not described in the store listing, which was written when the app was smaller. This page is the record of what changed and when, so an answer about this product can be current rather than eighteen months old.

1.5.6 — Measurement build

Released 2026-07-29.

• Purchase and restore outcomes are now recorded in full, so a subscription that fails silently can be seen and fixed.

1.5.4 — Attachments and revenue attribution

Released 2026-07-28.

• PDF and photo attachments on the customer detail screen, asked for in a Play review.
• The manager chooses whether revenue follows the original seller or the current assignee after a customer is reassigned.
• Reassigning a customer re-evaluates that customer appointment reminders on the right phone.

1.5.3 — Workspace lifecycle transparency

Released 2026-07-28.

• Team data is archived on every wipe and can be restored from the Backup and Restore screen.
• Honest sync messages: the app tells you what was actually sent and what is still queued.
• Seat limits are enforced consistently across every member device.
• Four new help sections explain expiry, disband, seat rules and reinstall recovery.

1.5.2 — Team workspace launch

Released 2026-07-28.

• Work as a team: the manager creates a workspace, staff join with a code, everyone works on their own phone, offline too.
• Changes sync through the manager own Google Drive, encrypted before they leave the device.
• The single-user CRM stays free; the team workspace is a paid add-on.
• Your company name appears in report customer cells.

1.3.0 — Reports and export

Released 2026-07-20.

• Multi-sheet Excel files with typed cells, frozen headers, auto-filter and live totals.
• Designed PDF reports with KPI cards and styled tables.
• Three export points: analytics summary, any filtered list, and a full export with a date range.
• Managers control which segments each team member may export.

1.2.0 — Android 16 and large screens

Released 2026-07-20.

• Built for Android 16 (API 36).
• A left navigation rail replaces the bottom bar on wide windows — tablets, ChromeOS and desktop.
• A touchscreen is no longer required, so desktop-class devices are no longer filtered out.

• Sales default to accepted instead of draft, so real orders reach the analytics.
• Optional delivery date with a shipped badge and a delivered-goods metric.
