The analytics dashboard: numbers you can act on
The dashboard reports order revenue and collected money separately, per currency, with a period comparison against the previous period or any range you pick from the calendar. It charts a 12-month trend, ranks your best customers and best-selling products, and counts delivered goods and completed appointments.

Two numbers, never merged
Revenue and collection answer different questions. Revenue tells you whether you are selling; collection tells you whether you are being paid. Merging them produces the dashboard number that feels great in March and explains nothing in June.
Here they sit next to each other in every card, per currency, with the outstanding remainder shown alongside.
Comparison is where the meaning is
A figure on its own is trivia. The comparison card puts this period, the previous period and the change percentage in one row — for order totals, collection, order count, products and services sold, new customers and completed appointments.
The comparison range does not have to be the automatic previous period. Pick any two ranges from the calendar: this June against last June, or the two weeks of a campaign against the two weeks before it.
- Order total and collection, per currency
- Number of orders in the period
- Products and services sold
- New customers acquired
- Completed appointments
- Delivered goods, counted by delivery date
Twelve months at a glance
The trend chart draws order revenue as a line and collection as a dashed line across twelve months, with a currency selector when you work in more than one. Seasonality that is invisible in a monthly total is obvious in the shape of the line — and for a salon, a workshop or a tutor, seasonality is most of the business plan.
Getting the numbers out
Any period summary can be shared as a PDF or an Excel file straight from the dashboard, which is how most people send the month to an accountant or a business partner. That export is part of the free app.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my own date range?
Yes. Alongside the standard period chips there is a custom range picked from the calendar, and you can also choose the range it is compared against.
How are several currencies handled?
Each currency is reported in its own row or column. Nothing is converted automatically, so no invented exchange rate ends up in your figures.
Are quotes counted as revenue?
No. Sales still at quote stage are excluded from order revenue and reported separately, so the dashboard shows you what it left out.
Can I send the dashboard to my accountant?
Yes. Share the period summary as a PDF or a multi-sheet Excel file from the dashboard, or run a full export with a date range from the settings.
Does the analytics need a connection?
No. Everything is computed on the device from the local database, which is why it is instant and works offline.
