How to import your phone contacts as customers

Steps

1. Open the customer screenTap the customers tab in the bottom bar, or the customers entry in the navigation rail on a wide screen.
2. Choose import from contactsUse the import action on the customer screen. The app asks for the contacts permission the first time only.
3. Select the people to bring acrossTick the contacts that are customers. Personal contacts can be left out — this is a selection, not a bulk copy of the address book.
4. Confirm the importThe selected contacts become customer records with their name and phone number filled in.
5. Enrich as they come backAdd addresses, tags and custom fields to a record the next time that customer appears, rather than trying to complete every profile in one evening.
