How to export your CRM data to Excel or PDF

There are three export points. Share a period summary as PDF or Excel from the analytics screen; export exactly what is on screen — filters included — from any list; or run a full multi-sheet Excel export with a date range and chosen segments from the settings. What the Excel file contains

  • Several sheets in one workbook rather than several files
  • Typed cells — numbers as numbers, dates as dates, money as money
  • A frozen header row and auto-filter already switched on
  • A live =SUM total row that recalculates if you edit the file
  • Right-to-left sheet direction set for Arabic, Persian and Urdu

In a team workspace

The manager decides who may export which segment. A member exports only what their portfolio lets them see, so export never becomes a way around the visibility rule. If permission is missing the app says so, rather than handing over an empty file that looks like a bug.

Yes. The files were tested in Excel, LibreOffice, Google Sheets and WPS with typed cells, frozen headers and auto-filter intact.

Can I send the report by WhatsApp?

Yes. The file is handed to the standard Android share sheet, so any app that accepts files can receive it.
