Sales and order tracking, line by line
A sale is recorded with product and service line items drawn from your own catalogue, priced in any of 70 currencies. Its status runs from quote through accepted, partially paid and paid, with an optional delivery date that puts a shipped badge on the list. Payment state is visible without opening the record.

Build the catalogue once
Typing "haircut — 400" forty times a week is how people give up on record keeping. The catalogue holds your products and services with their prices, so a sale is assembled by picking lines rather than retyping them. Prices can still be overridden on the day, because real work has exceptions.
- Products and services in one catalogue, each with a saved price
- A sale can mix both — parts and labour on the same record
- Quantity per line, with the total calculated for you
- Price editable per sale when you give a discount
Quote, order, delivery, payment — four different things
Most simple sales apps collapse these into one. They are not one. A quote may never become an order. An order may be delivered before it is paid, or paid before it is delivered. Keeping them separate is what makes the analytics believable.
New sales default to accepted rather than draft, because most people are recording an order that already happened. If you are writing a quote, you set that status deliberately — and the dashboard tells you how much of the period is still sitting at quote stage, so the number you are looking at is never quietly missing anything.
| State | What it means | Where it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Quote | Offered, not agreed | Excluded from order revenue, counted separately |
| Accepted | An order exists | Order revenue |
| Delivered | Goods or work handed over | Shipped badge; delivered-goods metric |
| Partially paid | Some money collected | Collection figures and pending payments |
| Paid | Settled in full | Collection figures |
Several currencies without a mess
Each sale carries its own currency and stays in it. Nothing is silently converted at a rate that will be wrong tomorrow. The analytics dashboard reports income per currency, side by side, so a business taking euros and lira sees two honest columns rather than one invented total.
Frequently asked questions
Can one sale contain several products and services?
Yes. A sale is a list of line items, each with a quantity and a price, and it can mix products and services freely.
How many currencies are supported?
Seventy. Each sale is recorded in its own currency and reported in that currency — no automatic conversion is applied.
Can I track whether an order was delivered?
Yes. Add a delivery date and the sale shows a shipped badge in the list; the analytics track delivered goods separately from revenue and collection.
Does it issue invoices?
No. It records what you sold and what was paid, and exports that to Excel or PDF. It does not produce legally valid invoices or e-invoices.
Can I write a quote that does not count as revenue?
Yes. Set the status to quote. It is excluded from order revenue and reported separately, so the dashboard never hides it either.
