Quotes you can still find three weeks later
A sale in this app does not start life as a finished sale. It starts as a quote with a status, and the status moves as the job does: draft, sent, viewed, negotiating, accepted, rejected or expired. Accepted quotes carry on into partially paid, instalment and paid. At any moment you can see which quotes are still open and which ones nobody has answered.

The quote that goes quiet
Most lost work is not lost at the price stage. It is quoted, and then nothing happens: the customer does not answer, a fortnight goes by, and the job is gone without anyone deciding it was gone. A quote with a status makes that silence visible while it can still be broken.
What each status is for
| Status | What it means | What you usually do next |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Priced but not sent yet | Finish the line items and send it |
| Sent | It went out, no answer yet | Wait a few days, then follow up |
| Viewed | You know they have seen it | A short message is often enough |
| Negotiating | A price or scope is being discussed | Revise the lines and re-send |
| Accepted | The work is on | Set up payment or instalments |
| Rejected / Expired | Closed without a job | Worth revisiting next season |
A quote is built from your own catalogue
Each line comes from your product and service list, with 43 ready-made units and prices that can include tax, so the total the customer sees is the total they pay. Quotes in a foreign currency stay in that currency, and the dashboard reports each currency separately rather than adding them together at some invented rate.
What it is not
This is not an invoicing system. It does not produce a legal invoice or an e-invoice, and it does not take payment. It records what you quoted, what was agreed and what has been paid — the numbers you need to answer "where does this job stand" without opening a spreadsheet.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send the quote to the customer?
Yes, as a PDF through the normal share sheet — WhatsApp, e-mail or anything else on the phone. The app generates the document on the device.
Does the app know when the customer opened it?
No, and it does not pretend to. "Viewed" is a status you set yourself when you know they have seen it, not a tracking pixel.
Is a quote different from a sale?
It is the same record at an earlier stage. When a quote is accepted it carries on as a sale with its payments and instalments, keeping the history in one place.
Can I quote in another currency?
Yes. All 70 currencies are available and each record keeps its own, with no automatic conversion.
