CRM 2.2.1 customer agenda: give every conversation its own date
CRM Sales Tracker 2.2.1, build 157 adds a customer agenda made of separate dated notes inside each customer card. Record a conversation against a past, present or future day; edit individual notes, delete selected entries and filter a date range. Offline note-taking in the Android app and browser-based customer notes in the Web app use the same customer-focused structure. Existing general notes remain intact.

What the 2.2.1 update adds to customer tracking
We added a day-by-day customer agenda alongside the existing general note field. Phone calls, quote discussions, field visits and after-sales follow-ups no longer have to accumulate inside one growing block of text. Create a separate note for each interaction, select the day it belongs to and follow the relationship through those individual records.
The new area includes a compact plus button, a multiline note editor, calendar selection, a date-range filter and a small trash control beside each entry. Open a note to edit it; confirm deletion to remove that entry alone. The layout supports both a quick conversation summary and a longer account of decisions without combining every interaction into a single input.
A customer agenda is different from a general notebook
In a general diary, you usually start with the day and look for the person you spoke to. In a CRM customer agenda, you open the customer first and see the dated notes connected to that person or business. Similar requests, recurring jobs and follow-ups for different customers remain attached to their own records.
A repair business, for example, might record an inspection on 3 September, a parts discussion on 6 September and a preparation note for a later check on 12 September. When the customer calls again, the business opens that customer card to see what happened and when. The value is not simply saving text: it is finding the text with the correct customer and the correct day.
Use general notes, dated notes and appointments together
These records complement one another. Keep lasting preferences in the general note, conversation history in the agenda and reserved times in appointments. A dated note may explain a payment discussion, but the actual amount belongs in the sales or payment area. Keeping those purposes distinct makes the history easier to interpret later.
Agenda dates organize notes by day. Use appointments when you need timed planning. A dated note does not by itself create an alarm, SMS, WhatsApp message or public booking link.
| Information to record | Use this area | Example |
|---|---|---|
| A lasting customer preference | General note | Prefers afternoon calls |
| A conversation on a particular day | Customer agenda | 6 September: discussed two quote options |
| A meeting or visit with a time | Appointment | 12 September, 14:30: on-site measurement |
| A sale, payment or outstanding balance | Sales and payment records | Service amount and the payment received |
An offline customer agenda for field work
The Android Personal customer agenda works with records on the device. During a field visit, inside a building with poor reception or with the connection turned off, you can read local customer notes, add another dated entry and edit an existing note. Selecting a day and saving the local record do not require waiting until the conversation ends and internet access returns.
This is useful for businesses that need offline customer tracking. Capture a measurement, a customer request or an agreed next step while it is fresh. Instead of reconstructing the conversation from memory at the end of the day, keep the details under the customer you were visiting.
Local saving and cross-device synchronization are different operations. Moving a change from the phone to another device requires a connection and the relevant workspace access. A separate backup also serves a different purpose: protecting your records when a device is lost, replaced or cleared.
An online agenda for working with client notes on desktop
The Web customer agenda lets you work with dated notes inside a customer card in the browser. Open a new entry with the plus button, choose a past or future day, edit its text or filter a period. A desktop keyboard is particularly useful when a conversation needs a fuller written summary rather than a short mobile note.
Android and Web use the same customer and dated-record model. When working across devices, check that you are using the same account, workspace and customer record. Online transfer works with an internet connection, Google authorization and the applicable Personal Pro or Team Workspace access.
An online agenda can also mean a booking system, so the distinction matters. This feature organizes conversations and follow-up notes for the business. It is part of the customer card used by you and your authorized team, rather than a public portal where customers choose available appointment times.
Backdate a conversation or prepare for a future meeting
You may not write up a conversation on the day it happened. Select last week, last month or another supported past day to put the note in its proper place. Writing the note today does not force the conversation to appear under the current date.
You can also prepare for a later customer discussion. Select the future day and record the topics to raise, documents to request or details to check. A preparation note for 18 October, for instance, might say to confirm product measurements and check the delivery address again.
Several notes can belong to the same customer on the same day. A morning call and an afternoon quote review do not have to be merged. The selected day is separate from the actual creation and editing times, and changing it does not move the note to another customer.
Five calendars, with separate input and display preferences
The customer agenda supports Gregorian, Persian/Jalali, Hijri Civil, Umm al-Qura and Hijri TBLA calendars. The date-entry calendar preference determines the picker used when adding a note. When input follows display, both use the same calendar; an explicit input preference lets you enter the date using another supported method.
For example, you can display dates in Gregorian form while entering a note using Umm al-Qura. A day entered in the Persian calendar is preserved in the same customer record. Changing the display calendar does not move the note to another day; it changes the calendar representation of that day.
Interface language and calendar choice are separate settings. An Arabic interface can use the specific Hijri method needed for the work, and another interface language can use a different date-entry calendar. Methods may give different calendar dates for the same day, so use the named method your business follows consistently. Each calendar retains its supported date range.
Find conversation history with a date-range filter
For a long-standing customer, choose a start and end day instead of reading the complete history. A 1–15 September filter includes both boundary days. To focus on one day, use that same date at the start and end of the range.
Clearing the filter shows the other records again; it does not delete notes. To correct the date of a conversation, open that note and save the correct day rather than changing the filter. The same editor handles text changes. The trash control and its confirmation are for an entry you actually intend to remove.
This separates routine corrections from deletion. Completing a quote discussion, fixing a typing error in an older note and removing an unwanted example record are different actions. Each is handled through the relevant note without rewriting the remaining customer history.
Write client interaction notes that are useful later
Four questions provide a practical starting point: What was discussed, what did the customer need, what decision was made and what happens next? Because the date is a separate field, the text can concentrate on the conversation rather than repeating the day at the start of every entry.
An example note could read: The customer compared the measurements of two products. The narrow model requires the doorway measurement. The color is agreed. Recalculate the quote when the measurement arrives. Someone opening the customer card later can understand where the work stands without guessing what an abbreviated reminder meant.
For technical services, record the observation and explanation. For consulting, record the topic and requested work. For sales, keep quote feedback and the details still awaiting a decision. Use the agenda to retain the context needed for the work, without adding unnecessary sensitive information.
Back up dated notes with their customer links
Personal backups include the dated customer agenda records. JSON, ZIP and their encrypted variants carry the note text, selected day and customer relationship together. The agenda therefore stays connected to customer data instead of becoming a separate note file that is easily overlooked.
Before restoring, check which backup file you have selected and which workspace you are using. Local saving, synchronization and backup restoration serve different purposes. Before replacing a device or clearing application data, keep a current backup and inspect the restored records as part of the handover.
The update does not split or delete your existing general customer note. Dates typed into older text are not automatically converted into new conversations. You can begin using dated entries while keeping the information already stored in the same customer card.
Customer agenda with Personal Pro and Team Workspace
Local agenda notes in Android Personal do not introduce a separate agenda subscription. Personal Pro concerns the existing optional Personal online capabilities; Team Workspace concerns shared team workspaces. They are separate products, and buying one does not automatically grant access to the other.
Customer assignments and role permissions continue to apply in Team. Which customer card a member can read, or which note that member can delete, depends on workspace permissions. Adding an agenda does not open every customer record to every employee.
The Personal-backup action is not used to export a Team workspace. Follow the sharing and access model of the workspace you are using. Choose a plan by considering personal work, browser access, cloud capabilities and team needs together, rather than treating every feature containing the word agenda as the same service.
A repeatable routine for everyday customer follow-up
After a conversation, open the customer card, select the day and write a few clear sentences. Before the next discussion, filter the recent notes on that card. Put an appointment, quote-related action or payment in the appropriate CRM area, while using the agenda to retain the conversation behind the decision.
The CRM 2.2.1 customer agenda brings the history that can otherwise be scattered across paper diaries and phone notes into a customer-focused structure. Use Android for field work and the Web interface at a desk: the right customer, the right day and a separate, readable note.

Frequently asked questions
What is a customer agenda?
It is a CRM area that keeps customer conversations and follow-up notes under separate dates. In CRM Sales Tracker 2.2.1, build 157, the agenda sits inside the customer card alongside the general note.
Can I use the customer agenda offline?
In Android Personal you can read, add and edit local notes. Sending changes to another device or receiving its changes needs a connection and the relevant synchronization access.
Can I manage customer notes on desktop?
The Web customer card includes dated-note creation, editing, deletion and date filters. Browser and cross-device work use the selected account, workspace and existing Personal Pro or Team access.
Can I backdate a client note?
Yes. A note written today can be assigned to a past day. Future days are also available within the supported range of the selected calendar.
Can a customer have several notes on the same day?
Yes. Each entry is separate. A call, quote review and follow-up note can share one day without becoming a single text field.
Which calendars does the agenda support?
Gregorian, Persian/Jalali, Hijri Civil, Umm al-Qura and Hijri TBLA are supported. You can choose input and display calendars separately.
Does changing calendars move a note to another day?
Changing the display calendar preserves the underlying day and shows its equivalent date. To move the note, edit its date in the note editor.
Does the filter include the start and end dates?
Yes. Both boundary days are included. Choose the same start and end date for one day, or clear the filter to show the other notes again.
Will my existing customer notes be deleted?
No. The general note remains intact. Existing text is not split or automatically converted into dated entries; the customer agenda works alongside it.
How is a dated note different from an appointment?
The agenda stores conversation or preparation text for a day. An appointment reserves a date and time. Assigning a day to a note does not by itself create an alarm, SMS or online booking.
Are agenda notes included in backups?
Personal JSON, ZIP and encrypted backup variants include customer agenda records. Note text, the selected day and the customer link are carried together. Use the backup process appropriate to your workspace.
Does Personal Pro provide Team Workspace access?
No. Personal Pro and Team Workspace are separate products. Team customer assignments and role permissions also apply to agenda operations.
